Dans le cadre de l’évolution de sa gamme de routeurs 4G, Teltonika™ à présenté récemment le RUTX14.
Depuis notre test du TELTONIKA ™ RUT950 qui a suscité un grand intérêt parmi nos lecteurs, cette gamme de routeurs plutôt à vocation professionnelle apporte des éléments techniques particulièrement attrayants pour les utilisateurs grand public de catégorie disons « avancée »
Le modèle RUTX14 est une évolution du RUTX12. Ce nouveau modèle conserve l’essentiel des caractéristiques de son prédécesseur, mais propose une évolution importante au niveau du modem puisque il intègre désormais une version catégorie 12.
Il propose donc dorénavant des vitesses maximum de download de 600 Mbps et d’upload de 150 Mbps.
Avant de revenir sur les spécifications techniques du routeur précisons que Teltonika affecte désormais une dotation d’accessoires complet à son routeur, notamment au niveau des antennes.

On trouve un CPU Quad Core Qualcomm, 4 x ARM Cortex A7 717 MHz épaulé par 256 MBytes de mémoire Flash et 256 MBytes DDR3 de RAM.

On retrouvera 3 connecteurs SMA LTE pour la partie 4G, 1 connecteur MAIN et 3 connecteurs AUX

Les 2 cartes SIM fonctionnent uniquement en redondance, failover ou backup du WAN, il n’y a pas d’agrégation.
Sur la face avant on retrouve des éléments familiers tels que les LEDs de signal 2G/3G/4G, des LED’s de puissance du signal, des LED’s de connexion SIM1-SIM2 bandes WiFi et des LED’s Ethernet pour les ports RJ45.
Le RUTX14 dispose de 5 ports Ethernet Gigabit . 4 sont dédiés au LAN et 1 port est destiné au WAN mais peut être reconfiguré en LAN si besoin.
Rappelons d’ailleurs que cette gamme de routeurs permet via son puissant système RutOS d’organiser du FailOver entre le réseau WAN, le réseau LTE ou le réseau WiFi.
